I'm from the feeling that they made 38900 to make clear 38792. We accustomed to use 38792 with the injection from the blue dye and/or radioactive tracers. It looks like they are declaring the injection of blue dye would not truly incorporate much further possibility to just what the Dr is intending on performing(excision, mapping, biopsy). 38900 "b
